On Friday, November 15th, the DSND shone in festive splendor as the St. Martin’s procession brought the primary school, kindergarten, teachers, and kindergarten teachers. together to celebrate the story of sharing and compassion. The children had crafted colorful lanterns with great creativity, which cast a warm glow as they paraded through the school building. Accompanied by music, the children marched through the hallways, bringing smiles to the faces of their classmates and teachers.
The festive highlight took place in the cinema hall, where the children from classes 3/4, 5, and 6 performed an impressive St. Martin’s play. The primary school students also presented the heartfelt song “Lichterkinder,” creating a truly moving atmosphere.
To round off the celebration, everyone gathered to enjoy warm punch and traditional "Weckmänner." The event was a wonderful display of community and the importance of sharing, leaving a lasting impression on all who attended.
